Bix is a Los Angeles based director with a New Jersey upbringing. Focusing his work in documentary, music video, and short narrative, Bix has a theatre background and grew to love filmmaking while acting on set. He lived in New York City for seven years before moving to LA in February ‘22. His short films have premiered at the Morelia International Film Festival, FilmQuest, and Picture’s Up Film Festival (Best Comedy, The Meditater). He is working on a feature length documentary about a small island in Wisconsin. Past music video clients include Shallou, Dean Lewis, and Aquagie. He has directed segments for BuzzFeed and Vox. His directing style is notable for its long shots, moody tone, and whimsical atmosphere.

Cory cofounded Undiscovered Moods with Bix as way to channel their collective creativity and production skills into a force for positive change in the industry. With experience as an editor and VFX producer at Scissor Films, a freelance Producer, Editor and Production Coordinator and an LA-based Improvisor, Cory brings a sense of collaboration and wonder to his work. Since the age of 7, Cory has been making films with whatever tools he can get his hands on, now he can help you utilize the most out of your tools.
